Welcome to our terms page. We ship UPS overnight. A heat pack or cold pack will be included depending on weather. We cannot ship overseas or to different countries. We guarantee live arrival. A digital photo within twenty four hours is required for any problems. In the event something goes wrong with the shipping process we will replace with a similar priced/type of leopard gecko. You must have someone home ready to receive the shipment.

Shipping rate depends on your City and Zip code. Please e-mail me your zip and city for a shipping rate. We ship only to the lower 48 states. We do not ship overseas or to other countires.
